EULA - End User License Agreement

This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and DSBsoft, for the DSBsoft software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. LICENSE: Users of unregistered copies of the program are granted a LIMITED 15 day license for use of Song Sheet to evaluate the program's suitability for their requirements. Usage of Song Sheet beyond the evaluation period requires registration of each copy of the program used. Due to the limited 15 day free license to evaluate Song Sheet, there are NO refunds. All shareware houses/distribution firms must make explicitly clear that the CD/diskette purchase containing this shareware program does "NOT" constitute registration of the software with DSBsoft. You are free to distribute the publicly available shareware version of Song Sheet to others subject to the above restrictions and the following: YOU MAY: 1. Install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on two computers. 2. Install the SOFTWARE on another computer only if you uninstall the SOFTWARE from the old computer. 3. Make a copy of the SOFTWARE for archival purposes in an unaltered form, complete with files containing license information, the "FULL" documentation and all accompanying files. YOU MAY NOT: 1. Charge a fee for its acquisition and or use. 2. Sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it. 3. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it. COMMERCIAL LICENSE: Commercial distributors of "Public Domain Shareware", and/or User Supported Software may distribute Song Sheet subject to the above conditions. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". DSBsoft disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. DSBsoft will assume no liability for damages either from the direct use of this product or as a consequence of the use of this product. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES: DSBsoft assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if DSBsoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. DSBsoft has been as thorough as possible while testing Song Sheet. DSBsoft shall not be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use, misuse or inability to use the program, or for any claim by any other party, or for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential arising from a failure of this program or accompanying files to operate in a manner desired by the user. DSBsoft shall further not be liable for any damage to data or property which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of this program.
